Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged products
- Items without original packaging
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or store credit
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with images.
